SoyScience® is a newly-developed C-fraction soy protein hydrolysate with bound phospholipids that may help maintain healthy cholesterol levels within the normal range. It is considered by the FDA as Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS).
SoyScience® can be provided in tablet form or used as a liquid ingredient in baked goods and baking mixes, breakfast cereals, diary product analogs, fats and oils, grain products and pastas, functional food and beverages, meat products, milk products, plant protein products, processed fruits and fruit juices, processed vegetables and vegetables juices and soups and soup mixes.
