Kyowa Hakko Food Specialties, based on fermentation and some technology built by experience of the long term, manufactures and sells savory seasonings and bakery-ingredients. Concretely, our wide range of industrial seasonings includes extract-based, hydrolysis-based, "umami" and brewed seasonings. We offer a variety of bakery ingredients such as yeast, fermented flavor enhancers and bread quality improvers.

We also manufactures and sells some freeze-dried products such as Tamago Soup (egg drop soup) which is maintained both the flavor and texture of the ingredients.
