Kyowa Hakko U.S.A. Launches Cognizin™ Branding Campaign

Cognizin™ is first branded ingredient for international health ingredients manufacturer

New York, N.Y. – Kyowa Hakko U.S.A., Inc. has launched a branded ingredient campaign for its novel and powerful anti-aging citicoline ingredient under the name of Cognizin™. The company has completed a product logo which will be available for all product manufacturers using the ingredient in their formulations, plus a product tag line, “For the Evolution of Your Mind™.” A Cognizin™ web site and two trade print ads will also be part of the program.

Kyowa Hakko is one of the world leaders in the development, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and food products. The company has developed new commercial production techniques of citicoline using fermentation technology.

Citicoline has been used significantly in international markets for its beneficial action towards neurodegenerative disorders associated with stroke, cerebrovascular health, brain aging and head trauma. Scientific studies have indicated effectiveness in supporting cognitive brain function adversely affected by Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease, improved stroke recuperation, as well as glaucoma.
